We have several different types of worktops available to install into your dream kitchen. They range from laminate worktops and solid wood panel worktops, to acrylic based worktops, granite worktops and Corian. With many of our fitted kitchens the most popular worktop is Duropal. This is a HPL (high pressure laminate) worktop which has a high resistance to heat and chemicals and due to the elasticity of the phenolic resin, is also high impact resistant. The Duropal worktops that we supply and install come in two profiles. Classic, which has a 6mm radius edge and is available in 40 colourways and Quadra, which has a 3mm radius edge and is available in 21 colourways. Both Classic and Quadra come with a unique seal designed to ensure a lifetime of protection against moisture and stream. The profiled front edge is designed to prevent liquid spills finding their way into drawers and cupboards. To learn more about Duropal worktops click here. |
